Just dive on in... I guess I was feeling confident after my years of sampling at Kurzweil, such as the first sampling project I undertook at my newly formed company Sonic Implants (which eventually was renamed to Sonic Network and then SONiVOX) was a full orchestra!
Luckily I live in Boston and had no shortage of excellent players to choose from. With help from Kareem Roustam, we gathered players from the Boston Pops and BMOP orchestras and set out to record and process every sound in a full orchestra. The results were fantastic and this library not only found its way into just about every film and TV composers library, but was endorsed by Hans Zimmer as well.
